Company Overview:

Our customer is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for an international and rapidly growing company. If you are proficient in a minimum of two languages and have experience as a Customer Success Manager, we are looking for you! The company has branches throughout Europe and serves clients from around the world. If your application meets our expectations, we may also be able to offer you a position in another country.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans to drive growth and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, both written and verbal, in English and min. one additional language.
  • Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make strategic recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in management in a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: English (C2 proficiency) and min. one additional language  (C2 proficiency).
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding targets.
