About the Role:

As a Customer Care Ambassador, you’ll be the friendly face and comforting voice of our company, fostering strong connections with our cherished customers. Your genuine enthusiasm and proactive approach will not only address their needs but also leave them with a smile. Join us in creating exceptional customer experiences!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage effortlessly in Dutch or Flemish, offering both spoken and written support at a proficient B2 level.
  • Embrace learning opportunities and effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, ensuring swift and effective responses to customer queries.
  • Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate empathetically and effectively, understanding and addressing customer concerns with care.
  • Infuse every interaction with a service-oriented mindset, embodying kindness and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Delight customers with your soothing telephone presence and engaging conversational style.
  • Embrace healthy competition, always striving for excellence while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
  • Navigate our systems with ease, utilizing basic computer skills to provide efficient assistance.
  • While prior experience as a call agent is a plus, it’s not essential—your positive attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
