Main tasks and responsibilities

  • To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (phone and email)
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
  • Accountable for meeting individual and team goals (KPIs)
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Managers.

Work experience and knowledge

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to relocate to Budapest
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts AM/PM, weekends and public holidays


  • Fixed-term contract (40 hours per week)
