Inbound Sales Agent for Dutch Market

Position Overview

As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will cater to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


  • Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls for holiday bookings, reservations, and information on facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
  • Providing Information and Assistance: Be knowledgeable about our locations, accommodation options, activities, dining, and special offers, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Offer upgrades, additional activities, dining options, and add-on packages to enhance customer experiences.
  • Processing Bookings and Reservations: Accurately process bookings, ensuring customer preferences and requirements are met.
  • Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies.
  • Following Up on Leads: Contact prospective customers who have shown interest in our services to convert them into bookings.
  • Maintaining Records and Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, inquiries, and complaints.

Your profile

  • High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
  • You have at least 1 year’s successful initial sales experience.
  • You are known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance and you have good oral communication skills.
  • You have solid commercial skills and a positive attitude.
  • You are dynamic, a team player and have good self-control.
  • You love challenges.
