We are looking for a content moderator. In this challenging role, you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve community issues empathetically and promptly.
  • Stay informed about products and community standards.
  • Advocate for the community and prioritize user well-being.
  • Investigate and address account support requests and content reports.
  • Respond to user inquiries with high-quality support.
  • Use market-specific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
  • Analyze data for improved user experience.
  • Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond standard procedures

Required skills

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1-year prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or a comparable service/process management environment
