Primary Duties

  • Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing information on bookings, activities, and Dutch market insights.
  • Offer guidance on amenities and services, swiftly addressing customer complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Aid customers in booking accommodations, meals, and leisure activities, ensuring accuracy in booking details and billing information.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Dutch language (C2 level).
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
