  • Offer guidance on facilities and services, handle customer concerns effectively, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quick resolution.
  • Assist customers in making bookings for accommodations, meals, and recreational activities, ensuring accuracy in details and billing information.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch language (C2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Possess traits such as thoroughness, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
